Shipping
Skeinhead orders, both domestic and international, are sent by Royal Mail, and we aim to dispatch your order within 5 business days.
Please see below the estimated delivery times, but please bear in mind there will be delays to up to 6 weeks due to COVID-19.
UK orders are either sent with a Signed For or tracked service in this current time, due to the uncertainty of the postage services in the pandemic.

International orders
Customs & import charges
All import and export costs are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the length of time your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you contact them directly for further information. We mark all packages for overseas delivery with contents and order value marked accordingly.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times stated above. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of Skeinhead and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
These delivery estimates do not apply to pre-orders until they have been dispatched.
My order still hasn't arrived, what can I do?
It's possible that the item you ordered was on pre-order. Check the Shop page to see if the item you ordered is on pre-order. If it isn't, please contact us at skeinhead@hotmail.com and we'll look into this for you.
Returns
Us at Skeinhead want you to be fully satisfied with your merch. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the product with a note of your order, name and contact details such as an email address.
Unwanted items must be returned by post and the cost of delivery is payable by the customer. If your return is due to a Skeinhead error, please contact us at skeinhead@hotmail.com to arrange alternative returns information.
When returning items, we strongly recommend that you ask the post office for proof of postage. You can obtain this by asking your local post office for a proof of postage receipt. We cannot process returns that are lost in the post.
What can I return?
You may return all new, unworn / unused items fulfilled by Skeinhead for a full refund of the cost of the product.
Will any returns costs be refunded?
Unwanted orders must be returned by post and the cost of the delivery is payable by the customer. If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, please contact us at skeinhead@hotmail.com to arrange pre-paid returns.
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
When will I get my refund?
We endeavour to process refunds within 24 hours of receiving your return, however, please allow 7 days for your refund to be fully processed.
If your return is due to our error, please contact us at skeinhead@hotmail.com before returning, as we will cover the cost of postage and will provide alternative returns information.
